MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF BUTTERWICK PARISH COUNCIL HELD IN THE VILLAGE HALL ON TUESDAY 8 th DECEMBER 2020

Public Forum There were no members of the public in attendance for the public forum.
2020/66 Apologies There were no apologies to report.
2020/67 Police Matters A police report had not been received prior to the meeting.
2020/68 Receipt of any declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011, and to consider any requests for dispensations. Cllr A Gosling, Cllr K Forman and Cllr A Quickfall declared an interest in item 6 on the agenda - the Precept.
2020/69 Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting It was proposed and agreed that the notes of the meeting held 13th October 2020 be approved as a correct record of the meeting and be signed by the Chairman
2020/70 Reports from Lincolnshire County Council and Boston Borough Council Cllr P Skinner gave a verbal report on actions from Lincolnshire County Council and updated the council on news from Boston Borough Council. There were no further reports from P Mr P Bedford or Mrs J Welbourn
2020/71 Precept The current budget status and the forecast for the following financial year was presented by the clerk and it was proposed and agreed that there was no requirement to increase the precept. Cllr Gosling, Cllr Forman and Cllr Quickfall did not engage in the discussions.
2020/72 Accounts for payment/Finance The clerk provided a copy of the accounts and up to date bank statement. It was proposed and agreed to accept the payments as per the retrospective payment sheet November 11/2020 and current December 12/2020.

2020/73 Matters for discussion or to be added to the next agenda There were no matters for discussion relating to Council business however a Christmas Tree with lights on the triangle opposite the public house was discussed.
2020/74 Date and Time of the next Parish Council Meeting Date and time of the next Meeting of the Parish Council would be scheduled to be held once clarification on the current Covid-19 measures were released by the Prime Minister in early January. There being no further business to discuss, the Chairman thanked those in attendance and declared the meeting closed at 7.55 pm.
