MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF BUTTERWICK PARISH COUNCIL HELD IN THE VILLAGE HALL ON TUESDAY 13 APRIL 2021

Public Forum
There were no members of the public in attendance for the public forum.
2021/01 Apologies
There were no apologies.
2021/02 Police Matters
A report had not been received prior to the meeting.
2021/03 Receipt of any declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011.
There were no interests declared.
2021/04 Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting
It was proposed and accepted that the notes of the meeting held 8th December 2020 be approved as a correct record of the meeting and be signed by the Chairman.
2021/05 Reports from Lincolnshire County Council and Boston Borough Council
Councillor P Skinner gave a verbal report to update council of matters at Boston Borough Council and Lincolnshire County Council.
2021/06 Finance
It was proposed and agreed to accept the payments as per the payment sheet 01/2021, 02/2021, 03/2021 and 04/2021 details below:

2021/07 Matters for discussion or to be added to the next agenda
Cllr Smith raised the issue of the tree on Brand End Road which was still obscuring the streetlight and the uneven footpath from Broughton’s Lane to the Post Office and Cllr Knowles and Cllr Gosling stated that the 30mph sign had still not been replaced. Councillor P Skinner stated that he would look into these matters again.
2021/08 Date and Time of the next Parish Council Meeting
Date and time of the next Meeting of the Parish Council will be held on Tuesday 11th May 2021 beginning at 7.30pm. There being no further business to discuss, the Chairman thanked those in attendance and declared the meeting closed at 8.20 pm.
