MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF BUTTERWICK PARISH COUNCIL HELD IN THE VILLAGE HALL ON TUESDAY 11 NOVEMBER 2025

Public Forum
There were no members of the public in attendance.
2025/99 Apologies
Apologies were received prior to the meeting from Cllr J Barton, Cllr P Bedford and Cllr D Broughton.
2025/100 Receipt of any declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011.
There were no interests declared.
2025/101 Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting
It was RESOLVED that the notes of the meeting held 14 October 2025 be approved and signed by the Chairman.
2025/102 Reports from Lincolnshire County Council and Boston Borough Council
Cllr D Broughton had submitted a report via email to all Councillors prior to the meeting.
2025/103 Butterwick Park
The Chairman reported that the tree had been removed and the new path had settled in well.
2025/104 Update on Village Hall car park ownership
The clerk reported that she had located the original Village Hall deed which stated the land which the car park was situated on was included with the hall. The clerk confirmed she would contact the solicitors to see if a map detailing the boundary could be found.
2025/105 Finance
It was RESOLVED to accept the payments as per the payment sheet 11/2025.
2025/106 Matters for discussion or to be added to the next agenda.
Members asked if there had been an update on the parking issue at the school, the clerk confirmed that there had been no notification of any decision and at this point there was nothing further that the Parish Council could do. Cllr C Gosling reported that the school had sent out a link to parents to report hazardous and nuisance parking to Lincolnshire County Council.
The Chairman confirmed that a Christmas tree had been ordered to be in place at the beginning of December.
2025/107 Date of the next Parish Council Meeting
Date of the next Meeting of the Parish Council will be held on Tuesday 9 December 2025. There being no further business to discuss, the Chairman thanked those in attendance and declared the meeting closed.
