  MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF BUTTERWICK PARISH COUNCIL HELD IN THE VILLAGE HALL ON
                                                             TUESDAY 09 DECEMBER 2025

Also present Mrs C Anderton – Clerk of the Council
 
 
Public Forum
There were  no members of the public in attendance.
 
2025/108    Apologies
Apologies were received prior to the meeting from Cllr A Arundell, Cllr P Bedford and Cllr D Broughton. 
 
2025/109   Receipt of any declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011.
There were no interests declared.
 
2025/110   Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting
It was RESOLVED that the notes of the meeting held 11 November 2025 be approved and signed by the Chairman. 
 
2025/111  Reports from Lincolnshire County Council and Boston Borough Council 
There were no reports received from external bodies.
 
2025/112   Butterwick Park 
There were no issues to report.
 
2025/113  Finance 
It was RESOLVED to accept the payments as per the payment sheet 12/2025.
 
2025/114   Matters for discussion or to be added to the next agenda.
Cllr L Pearson asked if a replacement dog waste bin would be installed on the relocated footpath at Girls School Lane. The clerk confirmed she would chase this via Cllr P Bedford.
The clerk asked members of the council to consider expenditure for the next financial year as the application for the 2026/27 precept would be made in January.
Members asked if the defibrillator information was available for when parts needed replacing. The clerk and Cllr Quickfall confirmed they had the access code.
The clerk confirmed that it was time to start reviewing the council’s policies and would be adding an item to the agenda from January with a view to review two or three each month.
 
2025/115  Date of the next Parish Council Meeting
Date of the next Meeting of the Parish Council will be held on Tuesday 9 December 2025. There being no further business to discuss, the Chairman thanked those in attendance and declared the meeting closed.
