MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF BUTTERWICK PARISH COUNCIL HELD IN THE VILLAGE HALL ON
TUESDAY 10 JUNE 2025

Public Forum
There were no matters for the public forum.
2025/51 Apologies
Apologies were received prior to the meeting from Cllr A Gosling, Cllr P Bedford and Cllr D Broughton.
2025/52 Receipt of any declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011.
There were no interests declared.
2025/53 Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting
It was RESOLVED that the notes of the meeting held 13 May 2025 be approved and signed by the Chairman.
2025/54 Reports from Lincolnshire County Council and Boston Borough Council
There were no reports received.
Members requested to receive an update on the Traffic Order at the school. The clerk confirmed
that she would contact Lincolnshire CC.
2025/55 Butterwick Park
Members confirmed that positive feedback had been received regarding the resurfacing of the footpath.
2025/56 Bus Provision through the village
The clerk confirmed that she had chased for an update on the Safety Audit but had not received a response to date.
2025/57 Finance
It was RESOLVED to accept the payments as per the payment sheet 06/2025.
2025/58 Matters for discussion or to be added to the next agenda.
There were no matters to discuss or add to the next agenda
2025/59 Date of the next Parish Council Meeting
Date of the next Meeting of the Parish Council will be held on Tuesday 8 July 2025. There being no further business to discuss, the Chairman thanked those in attendance and declared the meeting closed.
