MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF BUTTERWICK PARISH COUNCIL HELD IN THE VILLAGE HALL ON TUESDAY 12 APRIL 2022

2022/31 Apologies
No apologies were received
2022/32 Receipt of any declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011.
There were no interests declared.
2022/33 Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting
It was RESOLVED that the notes of the meeting held 8 March 2022 be approved and signed by the Chairman.
2022/34 Reports from Lincolnshire County Council and Boston Borough Council
Cllr Bedford and Cllr Skinner gave a verbal update regarding matters at the Borough and County Councils
2022/35 Issues relating to the environment of the Parish
There were no items raised for discussion.
2022/36 Queens Platinum Jubilee Celebrations
Cllr Knowles confirmed that the bunting had been ordered.
2022/37 Finance
It was RESOLVED to accept the payments as per the payment sheet 04/2022.
2022/38 Matters for discussion or to be added to the next agenda
The Chairman confirmed that Mr Keith Stones had informed the clerk that he was no longer able to carry on as a litter picker for the village. It was requested that a notice be placed on the notice board advertising the position and the matter be added to the next agenda.
2022/39 Date and Time of the next Parish Council Meeting
Date and time of the next Meeting of the Parish Council will be held on Tuesday 10 May 2022 beginning at 7.30pm.
There being no further business to discuss, the Chairman thanked those in attendance and declared the meeting closed at 7.45 pm.
