MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF BUTTERWICK PARISH COUNCIL HELD IN THE VILLAGE HALL ON TUESDAY 14 NOVEMBER 2023

Public Forum
There were no members of the public attending.
2023/100 Apologies
Apologies were received from Cllr K Forman, Cllr P Skinner, Lincolnshire County Council, Cllr P Bedford and Cllr D Broughton, Boston Borough Council.
2023/101 Receipt of any declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011.
There were no interests declared.
2023/102 Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting
It was RESOLVED that the notes of the meeting held 03 October 2023 be approved and signed by the Chairman.
2023/103 Reports from Lincolnshire County Council and Boston Borough Council
There were no reports submitted.
2023/104 Footway Lighting
The clerk provided the Chairman with a copy of the signed agreement.
2023/105 Butterwick Park
The Chairman reported that the repair and repainting works were nearly completed with the exception of the MUGA equipment. The contractor had misunderstood the composition of the goal ends thinking these were of standard vertical and horizontal metal bar construction. The Chairman reported that he had confirmed the goal ends were part of the MUGA and was waiting for the contractor to come back to him with a response.
2023/106 Finance
It was RESOLVED to accept the payments as per the payment sheet 11/2023.
The clerk suggested a donation of £30.00 be made to The Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal for the remembrance wreath.
2023/107 Matters for discussion or to be added to the next agenda.
It was also reported that the brambles which were creeping across the pavement and into the roadway outside the Orchards on Spencer Gardens had been dealt with.
2023/108 Date and Time of the next Parish Council Meeting
Date and time of the next Meeting of the Parish Council will be held on Tuesday 12 December 2023 beginning at 7.30pm. There being no further business to discuss, the Chairman thanked those in attendance and declared the meeting closed.
