MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF BUTTERWICK PARISH COUNCIL HELD IN THE VILLAGE HALL ON TUESDAY 11 APRIL 2023

There were no items for the public forum.
2023/31 Apologies
There were no apologies received.
2023/32 Receipt of any declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011.
There were no interests declared.
2023/33 Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting
It was RESOLVED that the notes of the meeting held 14 March 2023 be approved and signed by the Chairman.
2023/34 Reports from Lincolnshire County Council and Boston Borough Council
There were no reports due to local councils being in a period of purdah.
2023/35 Issues relating to the environment of the Parish.
The Chairman confirmed that the bench installation was underway and the base concrete had been laid.
The clerk had circulated details of the following planning application, which had been received after the agenda had been distributed and displayed:
Change of use from B2 to Sui Generis (Auction House) at Warth Park, Unit 4, Sea Lane, Butterwick, Boston PE22 0EY
Members of the council discussed the application and RESOLVED to send their observations regarding the poor parking arrangements and the opening hours. The clerk confirmed that a letter would be forwarded to the planning department.
2023/36 Footway Lighting
The clerk confirmed that she was still waiting for the quotation to place an additional lamp post between No 23 Brand End Road and the Post Office and would disseminate the information once received.
It was agreed this item would remain on the agenda until an action had been resolved upon.
2023/37 Finance
a. It was RESOLVED to accept the payments as per the payment sheet 04/2023.
b. It was RESOLVED to authorise the AGAR AGAR 2022/23 (Annual Governance Statement)
c. It was RESOLVED to authorise the AGAR AGAR 2022/23 (Accounting Statements)
2023/38 Matters for discussion or to be added to the next agenda.
There were no matters for discussion or to add additionally to the agenda.
2023/30 Date and Time of the next Parish Council Meeting
Date and time of the next Meeting of the Parish Council will be held on Tuesday 9 May 2023 beginning at 7.30pm.
There being no further business to discuss, the Chairman thanked those in attendance and declared the meeting closed.
