MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF BUTTERWICK PARISH COUNCIL HELD IN THE VILLAGE HALL ON TUESDAY 14 FEBRUARY 2023

There were no items for the public forum.
2023/12 Apologies
Cllr M Knowles had given his apologies prior to the meeting.
2023/13 Receipt of any declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011.
There were no interests declared.
2023/14 Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting
It was RESOLVED that the notes of the meeting held 10 January 2023 be approved and signed by the Chairman.
2023/15 Reports from Lincolnshire County Council and Boston Borough Council
Cllr Peter Bedford and Cllr Paul Skinner gave verbal reports to the council.
2023/16 Issues relating to the environment of the Parish.
The Chairman presented the quotation to instal the bench in the Village Hall car park which he had received from Ian Dickinson, the local builder. The quote was discussed at length and members of the Council RESOLVED to obtain further quotes for comparison.
Cllr Forman reported that there had been fly tipping at the Butterwick pullover which he had subsequently reported to Boston Borough Council
2023/17 The Coronation of King Charles
Cllr N Donnelly and Cllr A Quickfall confirmed that the meeting which had been arranged at the Five Bells public house did not take place. It was agreed to leave the item on the agenda to discuss at the next meeting due to the absence of Cllr Mike Knowles.
2023/18 Finance
It was RESOLVED to accept the payments as per the payment sheet 02/2023.
2023/19 Matters for discussion or to be added to the next agenda.
Council members discussed the quotation provided by the clerk. It was agreed the clerk would contact Boston Borough Council and obtain the map of the footway lighting and forward this out prior to the next meeting. This item was agreed to be added to the next agenda.
2023/20 Date and Time of the next Parish Council Meeting
Date and time of the next Meeting of the Parish Council will be held on Tuesday 14 March 2023 beginning at 7.30pm. There being no further business to discuss, the Chairman thanked those in attendance and declared the meeting closed.
